I LOVE THIS JOURNAL! It really helped me build a habit of journaling and identifying my emotions and thoughts in a non-intimating way. The layout is easy to follow and very spacious. I like the extra lined pages in the back for me to write freely and continue my thoughts. Made from good quality material, the added bookmarks are great, and the pages ae good quality.
